What this website collects

Reading these pages creates no record tied to your name. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you across other sites.

The only place you can type anything is the enquiry form on the Contact page. It asks for your full name, mobile number, email address, residency status, what you would like help with, and optionally a preferred time to speak, how you heard about us, and a short message.

What you type there is used to build a WhatsApp message in your own browser. K Wealth does not use this website to store enquiry-form submissions in a K Wealth database — there is no form processor and no application server behind it.

What this website deliberately does not collect

The public enquiry form does not request — and will not accept — your PAN, date of birth, bank account details, portfolio value, nominee information, KYC documents or any file upload. If information of that kind is needed, it is collected later through the applicable onboarding process, not through this website.

How your enquiry reaches us

The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. No enquiry is sent to K Wealth until you choose to send that message through WhatsApp, and you can edit or delete it first.

From that point the message is an ordinary WhatsApp conversation between you and K Wealth, carried by WhatsApp and governed by its own privacy terms. This website is not involved and keeps no copy.

If you would rather not use WhatsApp, the phone number and email address on the Contact page reach K Wealth directly.

Why we use it, and for how long

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about the conversation you asked for, by phone, WhatsApp or email, in line with the consent you gave on the form. Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Because no copy is kept by this website, retention applies only to the message once it reaches K Wealth. If you do not become a client, it is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and is then removed.

Links that take you elsewhere

This website links out to WhatsApp, to Google Maps, and to the external Investwell client portal. When you follow one of those links you leave this website, and that service's own privacy policy applies to what happens next.

K Wealth does not operate the Investwell portal and does not place it inside this website. Client authentication is handled through the external Investwell platform, and you sign in there rather than here.

Who hosts this website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Serving a page necessarily involves Cloudflare handling the technical details of your connection, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and it may retain those records for security and reliability purposes under its own policies.

That processing is Cloudflare's, not K Wealth's. K Wealth has not enabled any analytics product, does not receive visitor-level reports about you, and does not combine anything from this website with client records.

Information K Wealth holds about clients

To transact in mutual funds on your behalf, regulation requires identity and financial information — KYC records, PAN, bank details, nominee details and your stated goals. That is collected directly from you at onboarding, with your consent, outside this website.

Your money is never held by K Wealth. Investments are made with the Asset Management Company and units are held in your own name.

That information is shared only with the Asset Management Companies, registrars and transfer agents, and the systems used to place and service transactions, as required to carry out what you have asked for.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw your consent where no regulatory obligation requires the information to be retained. Write to us and we will respond.
