K Wealth distributes Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes.

Regular and Direct Plans are variants of the same mutual fund scheme and generally have the same underlying portfolio and fund manager, but different expense ratios.

Direct Plans have lower expense ratios because distributor commission / distribution costs are not included.

Investments made through K Wealth are made through Regular Plans, under which the distributor receives commission from the AMC.
